I like the sound of that!
Discussion
Has anyone bought a car just because of the sound it makes and only that?
I've just bought a Bravo HGT because of this. Went to look at the car, no service history, central locking doesn't work, smells a bit of wet dogs...but as soon as I opened it up...sold!
Always been a fan of the 5 pot but didn't realise these sounded so good. Sorted the central locking and the smell and now have a top car.

If I was rich I'd buy a 355 for the sound alone. The looks and performance would just be the icing on the cake.

I'll take mine with a tubi thanks

Volvo 850 20valve - spec was s
t, it was an ugly saloon in a dull colour but THAT engine and THAT 5 pot noise - had 143bhp but always felt like loads more it would also freely rev to 7250rpm something it did every day with me behind the wheel! My current t5 neither revs as high or sounds as good as that 2.0 did
