Blue skies and warm sunshine, Pies! Unfortunately, the weather attracted lots of typical Sunday numpties unwilling to exceed 40mph the only difference being they had nowhere to go today cos all the garden centres were closed so they clogged the roads instead

Not where we went - fantastic blast over Ashdown Forest to Piltdown.
The run home was a belter, many thanks to Springbok (aka Simon the TVRCC chairman) for leading us part of the way back...fantastic.

Back to Mid Essex soon no doubt.

See you soon (tomorrow Colin?)

Ashdown Forest is truly beautiful and my parents live right on the edge of it. I'm only a 10-min trip away and it's a wonderful place to go for a drive and picnic in the spring/summer

It was sunny in Brighton/Peacehaven yesterday but cloudy to the north of the Downs.

Nice pics Colin. Would have loved to have been at the meet and joined in the convoy, but mum was doing a family dinner for us all, so I couldn't make it. However I made up for it by giving the car a wash and then taking my sister's boyfriend out for a blast...

By the way, how many cars made it to the meet?
