1984 esprit removing turbo

need too know how too go about removing turbo ,so i can ship out for rebuild. i believe oil seal in turbo went out, and makes car look like crop duster when driven down the street. how much of a production is it too remove turbo, procedure if possible, thanks for any response. have a good1
