Crashed my T350c

Hi

I crashed my T350c yesterday, at low speed (approx 10-15km/h, i just turn to much at low speed and the spoiler/front did take the crash almost straight on the protection on the side of the road, the cooler get bent also and the water ran out. im now out for a new front or do you know how they repair, the front is quite intact except that it have cut the hole way on both side up to the engine hood so the front did lay on the ground. Im in sweden so i wonder if you know anyone with a front or, i will also see how my insurance company will handle it. The lamps get totaled on one side, and the other it was just the cover. Do anyone know where to buy a complete kit of lamps?

No, it have been on repair before so i have only driven it a couple of days. I shouldnt turn so fast, i really forced it to slide, and it was wet, but the speed was really low, it was a little unluck that it was a steelbarrier just on the right side, i did turn right so i like rotated in in the barrier.

Body shops do this kind of work in the UK all the time. I think there is someone producing front/rear ends for all the models - have a look in the TVRCC magazine, or ask in the 'general' TVR section on this forum (more readers).

I know, its crazy, i drove with my sisters son, he is 5 years old, and we did take it easy before the oil got up the temperature, and under the time i steered fast instead in low speed, and this was at a quite tight place with a barrier just to the right after/in the right turn i did take. i did kind of oversteered and the car went out with the bak and just within tenths its just smashed the barrier, and took out the light and broke the front on both side so it dropped down.

it was a little wet too, if it havent been wet it should been cool, it just loose the grip so suddenly, i must have oversteered quite much.

I have a picture of the damage in my profile now. I hope my insurance company could fix it good, and that it doesnt take more then like 1 month.

That looks like quite some impact for such a low speed.

So it oversteered and then went into the barrier (possibly as you tried to correct it?). Unfortunate, but very easy to do with a car like this. New nose cone time, not a hard repair.

Just looking at the Reg plate on your car it looks like my old reg plate on the Tam (PNO4 VZH) hope yours is different as I want to put this back on my car one day.

10 to 15km/h do you not mean miles? mph?
the T350 does not come in LHD so I guess also not in km/h
that damage in km/h is almost unbelievable but say 15mph = 24kmh looks more reasonable although still a lot damage for such low speed.

hope you get it back in a good shape soon.

He's in Sweden so I guess he does mean KM - the dash can be changed between the two easily.

Thanks for the respond. Yes you could change the dash, maybe it was 15mph or something, but i didnt go fast. It was a bad misstake, but now it has happen so nothing to elter.

Why it may look like i drove fast is because the car really hit front on on a steel barrier, i like slided with the end and the front snapped in a roadprotection in steel.

ah, when it snapped in such steel item then it rips it off...bad luck.

I had such thing too once with a car, its slides with low speed (after a more high speed slip and slowing down afterwards) in the grass and then slide a bit along the steel barrier? that was placed in that turn...it riped some stuff off my car at the front when it slides for that short moment across the fat bolds in those barriers, not a pretty sight.
