Cerbera 4.2 which oil and how much?

Hi all

As the title says i am getting my cerb serviced this weekend and i want to change the engine ,gearbox & diff oil.

Can anyone recommend me which oils are best to go for and how much i will need? my car is a 1996 4.2 with 30000mls i use the car for rapid road use and maybe one or two trackday's per year.

Owners Handbook says.

Mobile 1 SAE5w50 - 6L (Engine)
Mobile ATF 220 - 1.4L (Gearbox)
Mobile SHC 80w 140 ID - 1.6L (Diff)

14 years from printing is this still what everyone on here would agree is best?

I recently used Millers XFS 5W-50 fully synth. Think I used about 5-6L.

Opie oils recommended Silkolene pro S 10w 50 for mine (like ribena) and I've stuck with that. The car seems to like it.
