How remove seat

Hi,
Guys how do i remove the seat from my 2000 LW? Got a guy who is going to retrim the bolster.

The seat runners have bolts at each end. Underneath the car you will see the corresponding nuts, 4 of them. It's usually easier and quicker to grind them off.

think you maybe right, there is no way i am getting those off....

When you put it back, use stainless bolts and the old fashioned method of 2 plain nuts locked against each other rather than a nylock. Makes it a lot easier to undo in future!

now i just need to find someone with an angle grinder in the surrey area, would take it to a local garage, but not sure i trust them not to do other damage

I found that knocking a chisel about the same width as the inside of the runner down inside the runner flat over the bolt head held most of the bolts enough to undo them - there's a couple that aren't easy to get to to cut off. I then used a cheapo nut splitter on the couple that failed with the chisel.
