More alarm woes

Battery ran low on my cerb the other day (first time) Managed to open the door but wouldn't start. Plugged in the charger, then the alarm started. eventually got it to stop by a combination of pressing the red button and using the plug in fob thingy.
Now the remote button doesnt work so I cant lock or unlock the car and can only start it by plugging in the little black fob.

How do I reset the system?? Help..!!

i have alarm problem it a meta alarm.
i am out car push button to lock but nothing push again and alarm goes of with hazards flashing 4x what is this if anyone can help i also found when i closw door or open passenger window goes up and down but driver nothing is this the problem and how can i fix this
