I was a bit concerned that the cheap on-line ones don't cover finance.
I will run a full check myself before I part with any money, but I was just looking for a bit of confidence before I travel halfway accross the country to go and see it.

Fair enough, but then you could apply that to any advice you get from a forum. I will get my own HPI check, but thanks for the advice
