The last election had some gastly candidates! Here are just a few to mention, Elliott Morley, David Chaytor, Jim Devine, Jackie Smith, Kerry McCarthy, Hazel Blears and not forgetting John Cowan.

Who is the worst ever?

Those that fiddled exspenses, those that ruined the economy, those that have lied and cheated and those that are accused of racism, law breaking.

Think it might be easier to find The countrys best MP.

My initial thought was Jaqui Smith, but really it's all Blair's fault. Even Brown is Blair's fault.

Define 'worst'.

A politician's job is to get elected and stay in power as long as they can. In which case Blair would be at the top. Even after the Iraq war he was elected for a third term. And now he's using his political background to make himself tens of millions of pounds.

Lying scum bag yes, 'worst politician' no!

Hmmm .. i think Bliar deserves that title - though he will get away with it because he's ultra-smooth and Brown will forever be associated with the economic problems, even if they were result of funding Blair's policies.

+1 for Smith. Ghastly woman who wins it by a nose for actually admitting she wasn't up to the job (of Home Secretary).

He'd have to create his own party, and if he did, he'd probably get thrown out of that too.

is he still pretending to be a politician or is he back to pretending to be a racing car drivers manager, or a glamour models manager? Or has he got a job filling shelves in Tesco now?
