As well as a Cerbera, I spotted 3 Tuscans earlier on today driving around the Wapping area. One was a rather tasty looking "S" in dark red, with the reg number AW## TVR. Anyone on here?

I very nearly waved, but remembered I was in my Dad's Freelander insted of my own car just in time!

I might be one of your 'spotted'. Estoril blue Tuscan (roof off / rear screen out) would have been coming back into Wapping 10 to 10:30 am.

There seems to be quite a lot of TVRs in Wapping – I can think of three Tuscans (Two blue, one Yellow), two Tamoras (White and crystal ‘blueish’), one Cerbera (Titanium) and occasionally see a handful of Chimps, Griffs and S series cars – testament to the fine taste of the good residents of Wapping. Not seen the red S before though.

Are you a local yourself? I think we might have exchanged waves / flashed lights on the Highway a month or so ago, I could be wrong though.

Saw a fantastic Porsche 2.7 RS (I think it was original) in Wapping the other day as well - sounded the dogs nuts. Not really relevant to this thread - but even with the variety of nice cars you see in the area this one stood out.

I don't think I did see your one - I was still in bed at that time I think!

I'm not local as such, but my girlfriend lives near Wapping station and she owns a rather nice blue S3. I'm around the area quite often though, so it may well have been me on the Highway.

There will probably be another PH Wapping drinks meet soon, so you'll have to come along and say hi!

I must admit it was a bit early for me to be out and about on a Bank holiday, but on the upside I got a good drive in the 'countryside' before the traffic started building up.

Cheers, I'll keep an eye out for 'PH Wapping' drinks.

I'm in a Chameleon Blue Tuscan (Y*** NLO) and live halfway between the tube station and the Prospect of Whitby. I was in Barcelona this weekend at a hockey tournament but I'd entrusted the flat and car keys to the ex-girlfriend.

Being the top lass she is, she'd found any excuse to use when the sun came out over the weekend...

Small world the old internet. I'm the other end of the high street, past 'The Captain Kidd' pub. "X885 ***"

Good to know Wapping is well represented on this site.

Hi,

Very friendly bunch on here. I've put the drinks in my calendar and will pop accross if I can to say hi.

I've definately exchanged a couple of waves with yourself - on each occasion I think I've been outside 'Il Bordello' taking the roof of the car. (v fine looking & sounding Tamora btw)

There is another Tamora in my development (crystal 'bluish' - not sure of the real name for the colour), I think that they have recently moved in so if I bump into them I'll mention the drinks.

Whose is the Camel Yellow Tusc in the square near the City (Town?) of Ramsgate? I see it most mornings.
