MSN Problems, Really Pi**ing me off!

Hi people,
I have this issue, oh ok its a large problem, with MSN 6.1 I upgraded from MSN 6.0 2 weeks ago and since then i am unable to connect to msn. I get an error messege 0x81000301 and told that i am not connected to the net! When i am! I just dont understand. I am running a good PC all the good bits on it, Norton Firewall, BT Broadband and so on, anyone have any ideas? I would forever be if i can get this sorted.

Thanks for that, tried all the stuff on there already. Very little info about this issue on the net. Thanks for trying though
