Hi

Does anyone have any recommendations for places to stay the night before a trackday at Cadwell park that has a good size and secure car park for my trailer.

I will look at the usual Travel/premier inn and the likes but wondered if there was anything else on offer with a decent place to eat and have a drink.

Cheers

There's the Best Western and the Brackenborough in Louth. Brackenborough's the nicest and has masses of parking.

The only place I'd recommend is Half Moon Hotel in Alford. It's about 15/20 minutes away and if you use the back road from Cadwell is a very good windy country blast. Maybe not so much fun with a trailer!
Their car park is big enough to take a trailer but due to it's shape youd have to park across several spaces - maybe worth checking with them first.
The food is top quality and not expensive. They also do early breakfasts with problems.

Only thing you could try is asking the circuit if you can leave the trailer there overnight.

If you can't find anywhere your welcome to leave it at my house - not secure as such but I've got plenty of space, no near neighbours and can block it in easily. I'm about 20/25 minutes away from Cadwell.

Hi Kev, we stayed here last time we were at Cadwell:

Nice and clean, with a good breakfast, even if it is a bit oldy-worldy.

Thanks for the suggestions and skeggysteves offer.

I have sent a few emails to hotels and B&b's mentioned along with some others so hopefully should get sorted.

Cheers

+1 for the Brackenborough.
I just take my car and trailer to the circuit first, 5 mins away. There's always someone stopping in the paddock who'll keep an eye on it for you.
The Brack. is usually about £90-£100 per night but, you can get a room through late rooms.com for about £60. Nice bar and restaurant. Well worth the little bit extra, over say a travel inn.

I stayed in this place, large carpark to rear and located 2 min from a Shell station. However this is the only place I have used, Opentrack did a good deal at this location. I would stay there again.
