I think these are long gone. You might get lucky and find one at an outlying, provincial, independent AD. But most of the proactive collectors/dealers had been onto these, when the 16610LV was being sold through before the 116610LV 'Green Gold' was introduced......

The last ones would have been when Rolex started doing the random serial numbers.
The last serial before they started those would have been V.
