I might be in Question Time audience tomorrow...
Discussion
and if so, I have to submit two questions tomorrow morning. Going with a friend so IF we get tickets, we have four questions between us. I know what I am thinking of asking but interested to see what PH would ask. PLEASE make them sensible for once because I actually do intend to choose at least one question from here so really don't want to have to trawl through a load of "funny" responses!
So hope I get to go!

Theresa May, Caroline Flint, Sir Sherard Cowper-Coles, Clive James and Douglas Murray
Now off to the web to find out who two of them are!
The excitement was putting me to sleep...Now off to the web to find out who two of them are!
Then I noticed Douglas Murray said...
Murray has described what he sees as, “a creed of Islamic fascism - a malignant fundamentalism, woken from the dark ages to assault us here and now”. He believes that “we live…in a thought culture – but it is one in which the thought has gone bad”. He sees the main problem as being cultural relativism which he has described as, "the primary disease - the AIDS of the West – the disease which has made the opportunist infection of Islam so deadly".
This isn't being broadcast from Bradford, is it...? ..

Why do we have to wait until 2012 for benefit reform?
How will the government encourage banks to lend to small businesses?
Is an increase in VAT sensible when the Band of England is encouraging us to spend?
Can Caroline Flint say something that doesn't make me want to throttle her?
Liking the one about lending... and the one about Flint! How will the government encourage banks to lend to small businesses?

Knives has been done on QT I think
Being more topical:
Do the panel think that destroying private property is legitimate political protest?
Why have we been paying so much for public education when it's evident that students don't understand basic economics?
Why is international aid going up when we can't pay to educate our children or heat the homes of pensioners?

"Does the panel think it is acceptable to push ahead with the 'Climate Change Act', which commits the UK to spending hundreds of billions of pounds on reducing CO2 emissions, especially when, as yet, there is no visible signal in global climate temperature data with established causality to man-made carbon dioxide? The IPCC agree with this."
My “friend” is thinking of doing a three year course on ‘Celebrity Journalism’ at the University of Salford. The three years of course fees and student loans to cover the cost of living means that they will leave approximately £45,000 in debt. Could the panel decide who is more stupid: my friend for thinking there is the slightest chance they’ll earn enough to ever repay this debt or the Student Loans Company for lending money for someone to do a ‘Mickey Mouse’ course at an institution that is as close to being a University as your local branch of McDonalds?

I think that course is at Staffordshire not Salford - http://www.staffs.ac.uk/schools/art_and_design/exh...
but either way it's a reflection of the heavily diluted education system we have today.
