How easy to switch bill payment from one name to another?

Hi all,

My partner and I are going our separate ways, i intend to stay in MY house but all the utility bills are in her name.
So, as per title. Is it easy enough just to transfer bills into my name or will i have to set up new accounts?

Obviosly i will be phoning suppliers etc. but thought you guys might have some advice first
