Missing Remote control

Hello All
Didnt take too long to realize how annoying a missing remote control can be, it has the factory fitted stereo (sony) and i am having trouble finding a remote to fit the code, useless git on the phone at noble motorsport just ignored the issue and remote suppliers on the net aint too sure how to find it.
The diagram in the instruction manual is of a stick gadget but im sure ive only seen the pad remotes on photos.
Can anyone help please!!
P.S was that a goof or did that guy on the forum really have a head on braking both legs and arms, sounds iffy..... last thing i would do is start posting on a forum.
