Obama and China

Quantative easing devalues a currency.
China devalues its own currency.

America implements quantative easing at its pleasure/displeasure through decisions made by its own federal reserve and affects the dollar's value.
China's government controls the value of its currency too.


Yet Obama says that China should not be controlling its currency in this way. But this means that the USA under Obama rules are allow to do one thing whilst he says China/rest of world shouldn't?


Hypocrisy/delusion on a global scale?
