Can anyone help with a quick query on the interior lights in a Brera?

When you open the door, pull key out of ignition etc, is it just the main light in the overhead console that comes on, or are there lights in the footwells as well?

My light seems to have failed, and I want to know if it just the main console bulb gone, or something a little more sinister. And I am convinced that there are footwell lights that should come on as well, pointing me down the more sinister route, but my memory is not functioning as to what it should do - I am literally in the dark smile

The puddle lights in the bottom of doors work fine, as do the individual map reading lights (when pressed) so not total light failure.

Anyone else had anything similar and could perhaps point me in the right direction? It is a 08MY Brera S if that makes any difference.

You should have a white light by the interior mirror and one each in the middle of the door bottoms. They should all come on when you open the door. Are you sure you haven't just turned the interior light off by the button next to it?

I thought maybe i had knocked the switch at first, but it won't turn on when pressing the button, so something is not right somewhere - in daylight tomorrow I will check the bulb - am assuming the console just pops off via couple of clips?

Just convinced there are supposed to be lights in the footwell - maybe I am thinking of a previous car......or just dreaming....or finally gone mad biggrin

The door lights cast light into the footwell when you open the door but my 2006 SV has no footwell lights.
