Build Team Technician (Mechanical)
We are currently looking for another mechanical technician to join our Build Team based in S Cambs.
This is an opening for, above all, a 'team player' who either is already, or will grow in ability over time to be technically multi-skilled, PC literate and comfortable in front of clients. The position may involve travel and sometimes continuous periods of two or three weeks away from home visiting client sites.
Candidates will be educated to ONC/HNC in mechanical engineering, or equivalent, or Technician/Apprentice trained and have some formal training in hardware, and Windows operating environment.
Essential skills include strong machine shop experience, good mechanical assembly abilities, experience in production and project build environments. You will need to read and understand mechanical drawings and possess good problem-solving skills.
