Focused events - confirmation

Does anyone know if focused events usually send out a confirmation by email for their trackdays??

I have a trackday tommorow at Anglesey and it looks like they havent sent anything.
Definately booked as the money has come out of my account - just could do with checking times etc.

Good question. I booked with them for a Decemeber event. After booking on the website I got an e-mail immediately which said that a 2nd confirmation e-mail would follow. It didn't and so I chased up with an e-mail to which I've had no reply

I've booked through Focused Events a few times before and have not been sent a confirmation email. I just phoned them to confirm and then they forwarded me the confirmation email.

bunch of useless feckers, don't answer emails and or the phone, given up trying to book any of their days

I am booked with them for Silverstone on the 21st nov and got my confo last week, took them about a month tho

Similar issue here having booked for Brands on the 11th-Dec. They are bad when it comes to replying to emails (read: no reply).
