Stolen: Red Mazda 6 MPS

Stolen from my drive at 19:30 tonight, red Mazda 6 MPS. Only had it 6 days. They've kicked my front door down and found the keys hung up.

Keep 'em peeled please around the East Lancs/M6 area, Liverpool & Manchester etc.

Police on their way.

Probably totally unrelated but I did hear what sounded like a big IL4 with an open pipe on stop and pull off again giving it some welly here just after 8. There's a lad with a CTR near here so it was probably him. Worth mentioning though...

Cheers all. Police been and gone, few footprints here and there. I had three laptops in a room with an open door upstairs, and they walked straight by it and didn't take the laptops. Must have been two guys, one upstairs one downstairs, guy downstairs must have found the keys and told the one upstairs so they bailed.

ANPR in Cheshire and Merseyside has been updated with my reg.

Now waiting for CSI before I can let the repair guys come.

Sorry to hear about that. Considering how long you've had it it was probably someone local to you, unfortunately. I'd recommend engaging the services of a good locksmiths to ensure you have a good solid door, Birmingham bar and some good locks, as well as laminated windows. It sucks but it's the only way you can keep scrotes out. Hope it gets found.

A plain-clothes guy from some task force has been and says it's probably someone from Merseyside. They drive around looking for something they can use in a job, knock on a door, no answer, kick it down.
