Anybody know of the best/cheapest (preferably both!) place for a nose-job on my Tuscan to get rid of the stone chips? Preferably as near to Derby/Nottingham as possible.

I've heard talk of some company/companies putting a layer of some kind of rubber under the paint to stop it from chipping as badly again... anybody know about this?
