12 volt ride-ons..

Evening all, I'm looking to buy a 12 volt ride-on for my 3 year old lad for Xmas. Can't decide on whether a hummer 4x4,a single seater Ferrari f1 type car or a two seater Porsche/Ferrari.
looking to spend £300-£400.

Most websites for these toys are American. I'd have thought shipping would be horrific.
