...... is getting a hold of me!

Having experienced the vast improvement a set of front Nitrons made to the Cerb, I have been having fun building up a list of future improvements in my head :

Rear Nitrons - improve rear handling and ride.

Emerald ECU/MBE remap - sort out cold start and overfueling issues - also like to fiddle!

Retrim sack cloth on doors and possibly add mid-range speakers - great interior let down by potato bag sacking.

Front end respray - looking a bit chippy.

Possibly remove centre speaker and add oil temp guage - I just need one!!

16 or 18'' spiders - not sure about this one yet.

Anyone else fixated with their Cerb and the pleasure from planning the next round of tweeks (and what are they) ??

I was. Also on my list (additional to yours) was a decat to accompany the sports exhaust, a six speed manual gearbox, in-car navigation & readouts from the ECU, Leven pedals, alu gear gaiter surround, a second front-end respray, Tuscan style seats, mesh grille on the front of the car (nearly got that one done a couple of times), and uprated brakes.

That's one of the reasons I sold the car... I added it all up, realised I was being silly and that the money could easily buy a new car.

Yup, me too (apart from the new car bit). Done wheels and Nitrons and am now looking at the ECU remap (and should have the gear surround done in the next few weeks). Uprated brakes are also desperately needed (before the ECU I suppose) now that I find myself travelling much quicker due to the Nitrons...

Done a few of them

Fitted AVO's cause I had just bought the car and the suspension was coil bound. If I could do it again I would go for Nitrons.

My name is on the list for the Joolz/Austec remap

Retrimmed the sack cloth on the doors/helmet hole but in need of a trimmer to do the parcel shelf.

New head Unit, Front Infinity's amd new rear's. Need amp and sub now.

Speed12 upgrade and full respray. Cars going into tvrbodyshop next week.

Centre speaker gone and oil temp gauge done.

Got some 17" 4.5 wheels (just to be different). They're going on after the respray.

Leven adjustable pedals and footmat (it was the christmas special offer).

What's next????

Blimey, you did have it bad (don't think I'm quite in that league - well not at the moment)!!

I've already changed the head unit which made a vast difference to the sound quality.

Forgot to add uprated brakes to the list!

The cosmetic stuff will probably be last on the list, although likely to look for wheels when current tyres need changing. I also like the original 4.5 wheels and think they may be available cheaper if someone is upgrading to 18'' spiders.

Do the 17'' have the same rolling circumference as the original 16'', what sort of price do they command, and where is a good place to look for some???

Cheers
