Job Interview This Afternoon! Kacking It!!!!

Morning Everyone

I have got an interview with Sainsburys this afternoon for a Trainee Manager position. I have just rung to confirm all the details and they have informed me it is a 3 hour interview which will include a couple of exams, role play and then the main interview with the store manager!

I am now stting myself! I have never been any good at exams or role play. The interview part I am good at.

I almost cancelled the interview there and then when they told me about the exams. I tend to struggle a bit when in that situation.

Someone please calm me down

I went through an 8 hour assessment centre last week... just back yourself, don't try to be anything you're not. Be yourself, the real you is easy to be for a few hours.

Totally agree with the above - trying to be someone you're not will very rarely work out well.

Key tip that I've picked up over the years - if you don't know the answer to something then just say so - trying to make stuff up and sounding credible is a very tricky thing to do!
