Saw a dark blue Tuscan driving past Pinderfields hospital towards Wakefield town centre this afternoon. Anyone on here?

Think I've seen it too.....was the reg NJS or something like that? Don't think its a PH'er as I have posted spotting it on here before and alas no one owned up!

Watch out for me though, I pass through Wakey alot usually in the evening during the week after work on my way to the M1 to get into Leeds for some tunnel action

Best Regards

Hello!

There is another tusc just like yours gr4eme with the plate *** NJS in the Wakefield area.

Newmillerdam is a lovely area, and you were literally 3 miles away from me!

How is she running after the engine work ?

Best Regards

Perfect, thanks Martyn its now 04 spec, different cams, lifters, followers, idles lower and never misses a beat, feels more lively at lower revs and pulls hard up to 4500, (my limit for running in) Dom at TVR power mentioned that during the running in period, i shouldn't be scared of giving it some stick as its just the piston rings that need bedded in, everything else is mechined/engineered for the tollerances, and to vary the speed in different gears (ie, revs)cant wait for the 1000 mile mark.
I often end up going for a drive on my own at the weekend, e-mail me if you fancy getting together, wouldnt mine a spin in your chim, just to get a feel for the difference between the sp6 and V8.

Glad the car is running top banana.

My mate Rich (Ruxpin) made a compilation of his cam / digi-cam films and photos from the day, none of them are online. Its great fun watching the films, and gives some indication of the might of the RUF 911TT that blew everything else away. Plus there is a lap filmed from the cock pit of my chim, including one of the big spins and associated expletives!

I was going to bring some copies of the disc on Sunday, but now I cannot go I will gladly post copies to anyone who wants one, if you mail me with your address.

Would love to go out for a spin with you gr4eme, as I too often go out and pleasure myself alone. Will take you out in the chim no problem. I have never been in a tusc but would think the power delivery is quite different?

All the best

Martyn.

Very nice Tuscan you've got there Graeme, looked and sounded beautiful. So jealous!

I was driving out of Wakefield back home after a hectic days work when you rumbled past. Put the smile back on my face I can tell you! I waved but don't think you saw me. Hope you had a good ride, some really good long sweeping roads and country lanes up Newmillerdam way.

Have fun!

Yes had a great time thankyou, trying not to thrash it while running in is difficult.

I can imagine, though I bet having a hell of a lot of low down grunt helps a little
