Strathclydes New Toy?

Just had this pull up outside my work. Has been circling around the Pollockshaws Road area all day.

LP60 plate.. couldnt clock the badge on the back to see waht sort of engine it was packing though.

exact same as this;

incase its not clear enough - the car which pulled up was the EXACT Same livery and colour scheme as the above pic.

Black roof, bonnet, front , side and back lower bumpers in a kinda dull black effect. "INTERCEPTOR" graphics. Black wheels.

The LP numberplate is from the Hendon area - the NPIA have locations nearby, and isn't the Met driving school there too? Might be a demonstrator from them. It passed me on the opposite side of the M8 yesterday.
