Pizza toppings!

In need of a quick, easy dinner tonight my wife picked up a dominoes margherita pizza from tescos.

I had a look in the fridge to see what we had to jazz it up a bit, ended up with chorizo, austrian smoked cheese, garlic stuffed green olives, chopped sun-blush tomatoes and a load of ground black pepper.

It was ace

My absolute favourite is chili beef. Bit of mince chopped down with tobasco, jalapenos from a jar, onion and green pepper. Add in some dried chili flakes and salt for good measure.

Hotter the better. Perfect lunch with a couple of bottles of beer

Usually I'll just add ham and as many different cheeses as I have. Mature cheddar and Stilton are good, and 5 counties as it looks nice when it's grated, and some Worcestershire sauce. And plenty of pepper.

I don't often have pizza- but the rare occassion I do - I'll add ham, mushrooms, sliced tomato and some chopped red or green bell pepper.
Drizzle a bit of extra virgin olive oil on top...then bung in the oven.

I'm guilty of throwing leftovers on a pizza base if I've just got a small amount, some of the better ones

Baked Beans

All with a little grated cheddar, fajitas has to be my best one though.

Not bad but the whole thing was a wee bit salty.

Good quality ham, some thinly sliced onion, mozzarella and mascarpone cheese, garlic and sliced banana.

Sounds wrong, but is delicious.

A great homemade tomato sauce. All the right 'erbs. And some great mozzarella.

You can buy Pizza Express pizzas in supermarkets too.

I know that. But I've not seen Dominoes in any shop. Granted I don't shop in Tescos, but is this new? Might have to try them.
