The idiot at Heathrow who tried to use an A380 upper tier air-bridge to connect to our little SAS A319. For some reason it wouldn't move down to our plane very quickly - and then got stuck.
So they called for some steps to be delivered at the back, which arrived promptly - only for there to be no ground staff to direct us safely to the terminal building.
30 mins later they discover the lower tier air-bridge - and use that instead. Everyone disembarks - to find the door at the top of the air-bridge is locked. The embattled BAA employee plodded up the ramp to let us out - not a word was said.
