Finally hoping to exchange contracts today at last!!!!!

It's taken a while to get to here and will hopefully make a good renovation project so will post regular updates with photo's if anyone is interested, not to mention all of the questions I will have, hopefully to be answered to be answered by the oracle that is PH

No news yet. The mortgage company have put a £5k retention on which is being disputed as some of the work would be to the detriment to the property but this can be debated between exchange and completion rather than delay it any longer.
