I chose tailgating because I think its the single most dangerous and pointless thing a driver can do, it shows complete lack of any thought, observational skill or intelligence. For me the first rule of driving is always leave yourself enough room to stop if something goes wrong, it's served me well.

Seconded. It's also something you can't do a great deal to control, whereas you can plan to deal with roundabout straight-onners etc.

Tailgating. because you can have some level of control over the other options. The only thing you can do with tailgaters is wait until you find a safe place to move over and let them get on their way.
