I have an old industrial unit in Wigan that I am trying to get rid of. Was showing a surveyor for the potential purchaser around the site today when a 2 litre coke bottle half full of piss came flying over a high fence and hit the floor in front of us, splashing the surveyor.

Luckily I was in the process of trying to pick my board up off the floor a few metres away which had blown down in the wind.

So we take a walk out of the gate and there's a truck driver climbing back into his cab. The surveyor went pretty mental at him, it was quite a well known company he was driving for and the surveyor took pictures of him and his truck and promised he would make life as difficult as possible for him with whoever he could.

Fair enough, he'd just been covered in piss but pretty sure the driver didn't expect us to be at the rear of the yard.

So as well as murdering prostitutes, truck drivers piss in bottles and chuck them away ;-)

Anyhow, confrontation over and we wander back in, I'd not noticed it before but there were actually bottles of piss everywhere, at least 15 in the half acre of yard.

Is this standard practice and what other charming habits do dirty truck drivers have?

Looks to me like as well as this they toss off into condoms and chuck them over too. I'm definitely not looking inside the couple of Tupperware boxes that are in the yard!!

I believe a rather clever Californian chap in the US registered bottles of piss as hazardous / toxic waste and earned himself a fortune driving around and disposing of them. Apparently, after the reclassification, council workers were no longer allowed to deal with them.

As an EX Trucker I find that disgusting, I've never ever done it and think the ones that do are animals.

How do you piss into the neck of a 2 litre coke bottle? It's only about an inch across, do they use a funnel? confused

I am also an ex trucker, and have used a bottle on many occasions (cue 3:00am in the middle of winter and in the middle of nowhere).
But I always disposed of the bottle and it's contents in a responsible way.
Throwing it over a fence is not what most truckers do.

TBF with the infrequency of services these days, using a bottle seems reasonable to me.

Granted that flinging it out isn't.

A mate told me about how he and a load of other truckers joined a line to shag a 'stripper' at a tenner a time after she'd done a show at a truck stop.

Apparently she bent over in the toilets and as soon as one finished she called the next over....

Nice.

I watched a program on TV about a road trip in US (Route 66 ?) where they went through a deserted area in middle of nowhere and side of the road covered in such bottles. They said it was classed as a hazard and cost a fortune each year to clean up.

Anyone ever watch "Trailer Park Boys" - and Ray the ex trucker who still pisses in a bottle even though no longer working !

Truckers have to stop for rest breaks by law, as I suppose people know.

Unfortunately, designated areas like truck stops and service stations often either cost money to stop at or get full up very quickly come the end of the day.

This means the trucker is forced to park up on quiet industrial estates or laybys for the mandatory rest.

Public toilets aren't exactly common in these sorts of areas and a man has to do what a man has to do.

Most truckers thankfully dispose of it sensibly but some don't.

I'd suggest from looking at the contents that truckers need to take more care of themselves as it cant be healthy having piss that yellow!!

So how do you deal with it when you get caught short, turtle's head poking out and need a jobby stop? Put it in a crisp packet or something?

Still reminded about a ph thread about HGV drivers having danger wks while overtaking.....

ETA - forgot to put some words in the sentence!

A Pot Noodle container would probably be better.

In a crisp Bag ? you will be giving Walkers some more flavour ideas seem as they seem to have run out !

Youve tried "Builders Breakfast", why not try "Truckers Dump".

With a hole poked in the seat, the driver could form some sort of commode with the Pot Noodle pot.
