Need to replace 2 tyres on the Corsa, but I'm wondering if it matters much what tyres I put on...

Currently looking at either sticking with what's on there, Conti Eco Contact 3, or going for some Conti Premium Contact 2.

I know this is hardly going to set the world alight with an amazing topic, but would appreciate some advice!

I got some cheap-ish Dunlops to replace the Conti's on the front of the wife's Clio runabout.

Cheap and fine - the steering is actually much heavier and (to me, anyway) better.

Can't recall the price but they were maybe 20% cheaper that the equivalent Contis.

(And they were in stock - couldn't be arsed with the faff of going back for Contis on a £1k snotter)

Dunlop SP Sport 01 is a very good tyre on the Corsa. They even work well enough in snow - two years ago I had a loaner Corsa while my Vectra was in getting not fixed, and it was on 01's - I was very surprised at how good they were.
