Worcester 28i boiler facia mechanical programmer instruction

We finally got the boiler working, after three days of freezing and no hot water (fan motor seized), but we have no instructions for the mechanical programmer - and we are unsure as to how it works! Does anyone know, or have a link to some PDF instructions? (I did try a search, but all I get are PDFs for the boiler, and not the timer, which has seperate instructions..)
