Caparo brake problems

So I'm curious if anyone out there has had problems with Caparo and their service. I had their upgrade kit installed on my DB9, and needing a new set of rotors, my dealer called numerous times on my behalf to Caparo with no response. By coincidence, I was pending a trip to the UK and showed up at the Caparo factory while over there a few weeks ago. Their rep Kathy Romback said that they had sent emails to the dealer, had no rotors in stock but would call me the following day. Unfortunately I never received a phone call, nor a response to my followup email. I checked with the dealer, and they never received any emails from Caparo. The independent garage that did the installation has also made calls to Caparo without success.
It really appears that Caparo is asking customers to invest thousands of dollars in a product that they know will need support, but then doesn't provide it.
In the interim, Brembo used my car to test fit their brakes, and has offered me a discount for their upgrade, which I must say, is very tempting at this point, given my experience with Caparo.
