You could try dropping Junks (on here and Seloc) a try.

If you're just looking to replace worn runners that you already have, you could buy an S2 seat runner assembly (includes runners and seat brackets) and then refit the S1 brackets you have to the new runners. If you don't have the S1 runner/seat bracket parts already, I'm pretty sure Hanger111 sell replacement S1 brackets which are aimed at allowing you to fit harnesses and seatbelts, but they should still work if you only wanted seatbelts.

As you end up buying extra bracket it's perhaps not the cheapest option. However, as Lotus don't sell new S1 kits any more, your only other option is finding a 2nd hard runner, and one that's in good condition...
