New Omega battery required...

Question is then if I go DIY, which battery, and how to replace it correctly?
Cheers.
Your partner has an Omega Constellation and you are considering a DIY battery change. Just take it to a reputable jeweller get a quote for a battery replacement and let them do the job if you are happy with the price. If you attempt it yourself and damage a vital part it could end up costing you many times more than letting the jeweller do the job.Cheers.
Sorry to be blunt but an Omega deserves a litlle more than something from Elizabeth Duke

I wouldn't attempt it for the first time with anything worth more than £10; I've taken apart loads of quartz watches in my time. Confident enough to take my Breitling apart just to have a look the other day.
