On certain channels I get a lot of interference and freezing. But if I record the program on my V+ box the problems I saw when watching the same program live don't appear.
Pausing live TV then watching it after a delay doesn't get rid of the interference, only V+ recording.

I had similar problems a while ago, so I rang their helpline.
First thing the operator said was 'Check the connections at either end of the cable, make sure they're tight'.
I thought 'well of course they're ok, but I realise they have to cover the basics at the start of each enquiry'.
Anyway, I checked - and the connection at the wall wasn't quite finger-tight.
Gave it a tweak and problem solved, been fine ever since.
