That doesn't sound right?? A 'cold' QRA Vulcan is not going to be going anywhere in under 2 mintutes. RS02 would have been with engines fired up and on the taxyways, not on the QRA hardstands.I would have thought that, at best they would have left the QRA aircraft at RS15.
