Goes from selling watches to ferraris.....hmmm.

No postage LOL

Looks like a good one, can't think why he put it on ebay. There's seven days to go there will be some bids.

It's due an annual service, new tyres and needs attention to the door frames.. odds are it needs a new clutch too (not cheap on an F1 ?). On top of that it won't have a warranty, so I think it's priced about right.

I wouldn't pay any more for it.

I think Graypaul had one up for £69,995 last month albeit in Giallo Fly (if memory serves)

They've got a RHD giallo F1 360 for 73,995 at the moment. 72,000 is the cheapest RHD 360 I've seen.

There is also a red one on ebay and a blue one!

All for around the £65K mark.

It would feel slightly odd buying a 360 on ebay.

some 2 months ago, Graypaul (I think) had a titanium colour Spider up for £85K. ok, it had high miles (32K, high for a Ferrari), but it came with a years warranty, Daytona seats and was a manual, which from what it seems is more in demand, for the spiders anyway. I think that was quite a good deal IMO. Spiders are a fair bit rarer than the coupe.

This car: Needs a mileage service, not an annual one as claimed, so thats about £1.5K. Has some corrosion, and has been in a mash of some kind, which will probably affect resale value. Also, its silver, there's a lot of them about.

Although its an auction, he does state you can have it checked out, so big plus there.

I guess it depends on how obvious the mash was, and how bad the corrosion is. £55-60K sounds a good price. I'd take my chance on the warranty at that price, in two years the fact that it had been in a mash wont matter that much.

You minimising wear on the 's' key or something Ali? Or is it just worn out Actually, if you're refering to the 'paint' on the passenger side vent, it's almost certainly stone chips- that vent attracts damage like a barstard, probably from all the grit that collects at the side of the road.

What's most interesting about this is I think it's giving you a guide to trade value. It sounds like he can't be arsed to sell the car, but I bet that's a front. At £65K he will be doing better than trade is my hunch.

Hello mate,

sorry, "street" slang there. Dont know why but "round my way", we're calling smashes, mashes.

Oh okay, okay, keyboard probably needs replacing soon...

Yeh, I dont think he'd get better than £60K trade. Still not a bad price though. Probably worth chancing it at that price, provided the car is checked over fully.

BTW, how's the Stradale sounding with the new exhaust?

I certainly wouldn't be put off by the fact it's on ebay, though I suspect it won't turn out to be a bargain. We probably place more trust in dealers than we should; better to have one of Karls guys crawl over it, check the history, ring previous owners and the dealers who serviced it, PPI and check he really does own the car. It's overdue a service though, so that could affect the ability to slap an aftermarket warranty on it.

I take it the Burbery is selling well then...

Amazing, and getting better all the time. Just come back from a blast I need to replace the single pipe per side with the paired units so we'll hook up when they're in and you can check it yourself. Don't be such a pussy this time either!

Well, it was up for £93K initially.. then £88,500.. then.. I bought it (for even less still)

Graypaul said they'd offer another years warranty on the end of the existing one.. So I'm happy !

So long as the car hasn't been in a biff, I don't mind if a car has had a bit of paint.. every 360 is going to be stone chipped after a while, and it's par-for-the course to have them redone now and then.

Congratulations! IIRC it had nice Daytona seats with two colours. I was trying to convince a friend of mine to buy it, but he went for a Grigio alloy one instead.

Well done on the 2 yrs warranty, well worth the peace of mind. Enjoy it!
