I rent in a block of flats, where the owners all jointly own the freehold through a management company that they take it in turns to administer.

Recently my Sky feed has packed up. It looks to me like the cable itself is cut or damaged as it's letting water through it all the way into the flat. It's a communal system, octo-LNB I guess.

In addition, the TV points have never worked. I believe some bodge work by another tenant has broken them. Can't prove it though, and have no access to the space where the cables (probably) go.

Spoke to my landlord, who said I should speak to the management company. Management company ignoring calls/emails. No aerial company wants to get involved, as I need permission from freeholder; plus the question of actually paying for repairs, which I don't believe I should. Nothing in my contract about it.

Who is responsible for the cabling and paying for repairs? The Sky cabling is external, but the antenna cabling is internal. I'd like both fixed..

Your contract is with the landlord. It is their responsibility to chase managing agents not yours. If there was a working Sky connection provided at the start of the tenancy then it should be maintained throughout unless stated otherwise in contract. Likewise for TV aerial.

If the OP pays for the Sky connection/service, then the responsibility falls on the OP.

If they are both a communal feed - as the OP states - then the Freeholder is responsible to maintain it. The cost will be passed onto the Leaseholders via maintenance charges.

As the OP is a tenant of one of the lessees then they need to contact their Landlord who needs to then chase the Freeholder.

If the TV aerial was not working when the OP moved in and there was no promise from their Landlord to fix it, or it is not metioned in the tenancy then their Landord has no oligation to fix it.

In practice though - if I were the Landlord - I'd chase both at the same time with the Freeholder.
