No problem - the mysteries are all in the workshop wiring diagrams. I replaced my original alarm with the newer Meta one - but its all fairly self explanatory if you can trace barely legible photocopies!
I replaced mine with a viper with door popping and proximity etc. Just unplugged the old alarm and chucked it in the garage and now I disarm the immobiliser with the little push in fob under the radio. Company called Technicar in Sheffield did all the work.
Got mine replaced with a Viper pager alarm. The guy who did the work (Ken at Awesome Automotive in Colchester) managed to get everything to work together so no need to disarm the immobiliser seperately, everything works from one fob like the factory system
