Seems to me that it's very difficult to get to the bottom of this: on one hand you have the various revisions to her alibi, contact with a guy who is very likely to have killed Meredith Kercher both before and after the murder and the suspicious circumstances concerning the murder site.

On the other you have the prosecution's reliance on what appears to be amassively distorted presentation of her personality to create a motive and the only DNA evidence linking her to the crime being a kitchen knife from the property in which both Knox and Kercher lived, and even this is disputed by "experts".

Should be interesting to see the outcome.

Just seen Sky News in our canteen and it's adjourned already until 11th Dec.

Yes, apparently one of the lawyers is pregnant.

Oh Dear, that's unfortunate timing, I bet Knoxy is well pissed off with that!

The whole episode has been very odd, extremely sad obviously, but the way the Italians have handled it has left it wide open to critisism IMH[umble]O.

Not only would I not fall asleep I would make sure that the door was double locked so no friends of hers could get in. But I certainly wouldn't turn her down.

I hope she likes spaghetti- they serve it four times a day in Italian prisons.

excuse me for sounding slighty weird but Knox is an averagely attractive girl/woman who has (according to a court of law) killed another girl and yet I am attracted to her, what is wrong with me!? I'll answer my own question; I think it is the fact that it is still not 100% clear if she actually did and if she did exactly what part she played, I suppose that danger is appealing

excuse me for sounding simplistic but both of them just do not look like cold blooded killers to me...

I was starting to wonder if anyone would spot it. Thanks for restoring my faith.
