Good morning fellow phers.Just a quick one really,im looking to go back in the Army,i enjoy the job im doing now,but its the same evvveeerrryyyyday and i need excitement. Since i left the army i have been given a 12 month community order and community service.
The question i have is.. Will they not even be able to begin my application until the 12 months is up? Or maybe, once all of my community service is completed, what are the chances of getting the rest of the community order scrapped to re-join?
Any help appreciated.

I spent six months working as an ARO while recovering from a broken ankle in 2000.

You will need to complete your community service before you can re-enter (but not before you reapply). I can't remember about the community order, I think that the same applies.

There is a matrix that the ARO will check the offence on, each offence having a gravity score. Something like possession with intent to supply will bar you completely, but I'm sure you know that. The mob will more likely look favourably on a re-entrant than a fresh applicant.

Good luck with it!

What happened was i sold 2 tv's on ebay, recieved payment through paypal. Exchanged numbers and he picked the tvs up,he then went on to complain through paypal and facebook that i hadnt sent the items to him,one thing led to another,i couldnt prove he had picked the item up,they went in the buyers favour and i was done for fraud..
