In their widom a previous owner of my car decided to remove these useful little devices!

I want to replace them, can anyone tell me how and where they are routed, I have nothing to do on saturday so thought it would make an interesting project with the bonus that I wont get locked into the car in future!

Cheers

Nick

cable runs through the sill from just behind door to just in front and then just loops round

I'd like to know too. I have the driver side one missing. Not sure if the cable is there or not, but no red handle is there.

The cable just runs through the sill as stated, to mechanically activate the release arm on the door solenoid. Probably not too hard to feed a new one in through the sillonce the cover panel near the seat belt anchor is removed

Great, thanks. I assume I will have to remove the door catch to fit a cable
