possible to 'create' one with a list of parts but it won't have the right VIN number

also, not saying it's this car but there is a N/B Ruf in NZ which has had extensive bodywork carried out - tread carefully

Really silly as well. Hasnt got rear reflectors & fog lamp, Was in rear centre panel. which is covered by plastic,, Cant be legal,, ,Sorry

looks like KJL996 bought a (the?) blue convertible back in 2007 when it was previously up for sale for NZD129,990 and had 18,300km. Now its best offers over 90k and has 22k km ie nearly 4k km in 3 years. Looks like Neil (Innsie) may have been the owner of the red car.

I've heard from the seller. It's the green RUF that was in a discussion with a traffic light and then repaired.

He says it's a genuine RUF (VIN number etc) and has been repaired & resprayed.

I'm still interested, and have asked for photos of damage & repairs carried out etc

And thanks for reminding me of the accident, which was my fault (faulty hydraulics on a 15t digger) and the months of hassle I had with the insurance co.

I don't have time tonight but there is extensive knowledge of both cars (but more the coupe) here in NZ. I will reply tomorrow night with more detail or others who I have shared this link with may comment.

I can say the seller is a Porsche enthusiast and has stated the repairs were to a high standard. I don't know him personally so cannot verify that but if anyone is interested there are a couple of highly regarded Independent Specialists here that could check out the car.

Nothing yet, started riding bikes again as I couldnt bear to deal with any of the tossers in the Porsche dealer/specialist network here.

To be honest damage looks more superficial and structual. Maybe bew bonnet, front window A pillar frame, glass and a new hood and mechanism. Kato - was it written off? Cant understand why if so as these parts could be acquired used for less than 12-13k usd.....
