A huge thanks to Dominic for excellent service which included delivering the watch to me and keeping me informed every step of the way. Obviously very excited so here are some initial pics, courtesy of Dominic. Will post some first impressions later, but right now I need to go and watch the 1/6 sec hand for a few hours more

Please, please, someone tell me that this watch is realistically within my means, obviously not right now, but is this ever going to be a possibility in the future?
I don't care if I'm immediately labelled 'vulgar' and lower class by the uppers on here for bringing cost into the thread, but there are many beautiful, complicated watches out there from the big three (or four - don't want to start *that* argument again
). However, only some of these are worth dreaming about because only some are potentially achievable without a lottery win or new money (you don't spend old money on things like this, in general, but it'd make me happy if those that have, do…)
Now I'm a HUGE JLC enthusiast and their watches tend to be sensibly priced, unlike, say, Patek. But JLC make a few 'impossible' watches too - I don't ever expect to see a Gyrotourbillon on someone's wrist whilst out and about, to be frank.

OK I've googled it and yes, it's a lot of money but I can aspire to that sort of number, whereas I simply cannot aspire to, say, a Breguet minute repeater - *however* much I'd like one.
Which means I'm going to have one. Eventually. A new target has been set.
Arrrrgh - I'm seriously addicted aren't I….

If you are in London and want to see one in the flesh there is one in Selfridges at the moment, I could watch the hands go round all day!I don't care if I'm immediately labelled 'vulgar' and lower class by the uppers on here for bringing cost into the thread, but there are many beautiful, complicated watches out there from the big three (or four - don't want to start *that* argument again
