Left my lights on yesterday and flattened my battery, bumped started it and checked teh battery and all seemed fine, yesterday evening and this morning the cold idle seemed to be at 600rpm and hence a little choppy.

Has bump starting it messed something up or will it remedy itself in a couple of days?

The ecu "learns" engine & weather conditions and adjusts things accordingly so it should improve.
However, this would be an ideal opportunity to check & reset your base idle wink

Mine occasionally decides to idle really slowly. Like around 250rpm. You can almost hear the cylinders individually hehe

Mine was alternating between this and 2,000 rpm yesterday. Today it's back to normal.

Around 880-900 rpm is about right.
