Uploading photos to My Garage

I'm not the most computery of people but can anyone tell me in plain English how to load photos into My Garage please?

If you mean in the profile... as in mine: http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/profile.asp?mem...

then My info > profile > browse to find pic and it'll upload.

You have to host them on a different website, they are suggesting http://www.webshots.com/, but you can use imageshack.us.

Then copy the links provided and paste in the image field.
