Clavicle osteotomy

Anyone had it done? I am currently on the mend after said procedure on Tuesday... Just interested in experiences of recovery and success of op?

you need to ask your surgeon the next time you see him, he should have given you some of this info at the time of consent.

No, the Doc was great, he gave me all the info and so on, was more interested if anyone had actually had the procedure themselves...

It's been something of a ballache given the weather, as I cant drive, and I'm not risking it on icey pavements...!

there are just so many people using this forum for accurate health advice, when it can't be done over the wires.

thanks Doc! Going to see the surgeon (or one of his team?) on Monday for a post op assess.

all the muscles/tendons and skin still sore, but it's getting there. I guess it'll be a while before I can breakdance again
